Q1:
why
i failed to recharge the battery ?(For MZ11XSF)

before
recharge the battery, please put on/off button at
the position of "ON", and for the first
time, pls charge it at least 4 hours.

The player
quit working with new batteries;

Can down load over dozens of songs , (like 60), the
player will only play several of the songs. Both the
computer and the player show that there is enough
space, the songs are in the player but it will only
